On the property
Everything below can run armed or unarmed. We recommend unarmed on most sites and will tell you when a post genuinely warrants a firearm rather than upselling one.
Mobile patrol
Marked vehicle running randomized arrival times so a pattern can't be learned from the street. Officer clears the route on foot at each checkpoint rather than driving past it.

Every flight is run by an FAA-certificated remote pilot within visual line of sight, with Remote ID broadcasting. Aerial work supplements ground coverage; it does not replace an officer on scene.
Night perimeter sweep
Thermal imaging across a full fence line in the time it takes a truck to drive one side of it. Especially effective on acreage, washes, and lots where vehicle access is poor.

When a ground officer needs to know what is on the far side of a wall, a wash, or forty acres of dark, the aircraft answers in two minutes instead of twenty.

Overnight coverage scaled to build phase, with aerial staging documentation at open and close of each shift.
Commercial, retail, and industrial
Yards, warehouses, dealerships, and equipment lots. Fence-line aerial sweeps paired with foot clearance at ground checkpoints.
Self-storage
After-hours patrol, gate log review, and unit-row sweeps. Aerial checks on outdoor RV and boat storage, which is where the losses usually are.
Events and venues
Ground staffing sized to your gate, aerial overwatch on crowd and parking, and a written after-action report within 48 hours.
Acreage, ranch, and estate
Scheduled aerial checks on parcels where drive time between corners is the whole problem, with ground response available on call.
Vacant and lender-held property
Fixed-schedule condition checks with documentation formatted for insurer and lender requirements.
Solar and utility-adjacent sites
Perimeter and equipment checks. Airspace near utility infrastructure is restricted under Arizona law, so we clear the site before quoting it.
How pricing works
We quote after a site walk, never over the phone from a square-footage number. Here is what moves the price so nothing in the proposal surprises you.
Standing and armed posts
Billed hourly per officer, with a shift minimum. Armed posts cost more because the training, insurance, and officer pay all cost more.
Hourly
Mobile patrol
Billed per visit or per night depending on the number of passes. Sites on a shared route cost less than sites that need a dedicated vehicle.
Per visit or per night
Aerial work
Billed per flight on one-off documentation, or folded into a monthly rate on recurring contracts. A site needing an airspace authorization costs more because clearing it takes real work.

Quoted as a package from your expected attendance, venue layout, alcohol service, and hours. Four-hour minimum per officer.

What raises a quote
Nothing here is a surcharge we invented. Each one costs us more to deliver:
- Overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage
- Armed requirement or a documented threat history
- Restricted airspace requiring FAA authorization
- Long drive time outside our two base areas
- Short-notice or single-night bookings

What lowers it
Ask about these — most clients don't know to:
- Multi-month terms rather than month to month
- Sites that fit an existing patrol route
- Multiple properties under one manager
- Combining ground and aerial on one contract

What we don't do
Worth saying plainly, because some of it gets sold in this industry by people who shouldn't be selling it.
- Investigate individuals
- Arizona licenses private investigators separately. Our aerial work is property and event security performed for the owner or their authorized agent — not surveillance directed at a person.
- Fly beyond line of sight
- Not without a specific FAA waiver. Any operator promising routine beyond-line-of-sight coverage today is either waivered or breaking federal rules.
- Place an armed post you don't need
- An armed officer changes the risk profile of a site in both directions. We do a threat assessment first and will recommend against it when the site doesn't justify it.
- Sell you cameras you won't watch
- Recorded footage nobody reviews is not security, it is storage. We'd rather sell you fewer hours of something that works.
