What you'll do

• Run mobile patrol routes and standing posts at assigned sites
• Clear checkpoints on foot, not from the driver's seat
• Photograph conditions and write shift reports before you go home
• Handle trespass, alarm response, and after-hours access issues
• Write incident reports the same night, in plain English
• Call your supervisor early rather than solving it alone

What you need

• Arizona DPS unarmed security guard registration — or willingness to get one, and we'll run you through the required 8-hour training
• At least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US
• Able to pass a DPS fingerprint background check under A.R.S. § 32-2622
• Valid Arizona driver's license and an insurable driving record for patrol assignments
• Reliable phone and reliable transportation
• Able to write a clear paragraph — we mean this, it's half the job

What you'll do

• Staff assigned armed posts — cash handling, high-value inventory, sites with documented threat history
• Everything the unarmed role does: checkpoints, photos, reports
• Maintain your qualification and your weapon to standard
• Document any use-of-force incident in full, same shift
• De-escalate first. The firearm is the last option, not the first tool

What you need

• Arizona DPS armed security guard registration, current
• Completed the 8-hour unarmed course, then the 16-hour armed course with live-fire qualification and written test
• Meet all DPS armed eligibility requirements and our insurer's minimum age (REPLACE — confirm with your carrier)
• Your own duty weapon, holster, and retention gear to our standard
• Clean disciplinary history — we check
• Prior armed post, military, or law enforcement experience preferred, not required

What you'll do

• Fly night perimeter sweeps with thermal and low-light sensors
• Provide live overwatch at events — crowd density, lot capacity, egress
• Launch on request from ground officers to clear an area fast
• Shoot aerial documentation for claims, storm damage, and disputes
• Pre-flight the airspace: check controlled airspace, TFRs, and Arizona's critical-infrastructure restrictions before every job
• File a flight log for every flight, whether or not it found anything

What you need

• Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
• Arizona DPS unarmed guard registration, or willingness to get one — you're working for a licensed security agency
• Real night flying hours. Day-only pilots will be trained up, but say so honestly
• Working knowledge of Remote ID, LAANC, and airspace authorization
• Thermal or low-light sensor experience strongly preferred
• Aircraft provided. Bring your own logbook

What you'll do

• Prospect HOAs, property managers, construction superintendents, and facility managers
• Book site walks — the owner runs the walk and closes the deal, you don't have to know the operational side cold
• Work trade shows, chambers of commerce, and property management associations
• Keep the pipeline current in our tracker so nothing goes cold
• Follow up. Most of this business is won on the third contact, not the first

What you need

• B2B sales experience, ideally selling services rather than products
• Comfortable with cold outreach and walking into a leasing office unannounced
• Existing relationships in property management, construction, or events are worth a lot here
• No license required for this role
• Reliable transportation and your own phone and laptop
• Honest about what we can deliver — misrepresenting our services ends the relationship

How it pays

• Commission on contract value, paid on collected revenue
• Residual on recurring contracts for as long as the client stays (REPLACE — confirm term)
