Anyone can put a truck on your property. What you are really buying is proof — a record of what happened, what didn't, and what somebody did about it. Most companies hand over a checkbox sheet with a time scribbled on it. We build a reporting package designed around your specific site, and we show you a sample before you sign anything.
Built from your site plan
We walk your property, mark the checkpoints, and name them the way your people already name them. Not "Post 3," but "the dumpster corral behind Building B." Every report reads like it was written by someone who knows your property, because it was.
Timestamped, geotagged, photographed
Each checkpoint scan carries a GPS coordinate and a time the officer cannot backdate. Photos attach to the checkpoint that produced them. When you ask whether someone was really there at 2:40 a.m., the answer is not a guess.

Patrol through common areas, pools, and parking, with aerial sweeps over washes and greenbelts a vehicle can't enter. Monthly packet the board can read out loud at a meeting.

Overnight coverage for copper, tools, and equipment. Aerial photos of material staging at open and close, so a loss has a timestamp on either side of it.

How we stay legal in the air
Drone security has real rules attached, and plenty of operators ignore them. Here is what we hold and what it means for your site.
- Arizona agency license
- Security guard agency licensed through the Arizona Department of Public Safety. License no. REPLACE-WITH-DPS-NUMBER. Every officer registered individually.
- FAA Part 107
- Every flight is run by a certificated remote pilot. Commercial drone work without this certificate is not legal, whatever the price quoted.
- Remote ID
- Our aircraft broadcast identification, position, and altitude on every outdoor flight, as federal rule has required since March 2024.
- Visual line of sight
- We fly within sight of the pilot or a visual observer. Anything beyond that needs a specific FAA waiver, and we will say plainly if your site requires one.
Service area
Two operating bases: Maricopa for Pinal County and the southwest valley, Chandler for the East Valley. Between them we cover most of the south metro without charging anyone for windshield time.
Airspace matters as much as drive time. Sites near an airport, a prison, a power station, or a military facility need clearance or a different approach, and we check that before we quote rather than after.
